These Terms of Use govern access to this website and to the "Virtual-Assistant Workflows" training program (the "Program") offered by MEDIA LORD LIMITED ("we", "us"). By browsing this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

The Program teaches practical remote-administration and AI-assisted virtual-assistant workflows. It is educational material. It is not a job offer, an employment contract, a professional certification, or a guarantee of clients, contracts, or income of any kind.

2. No Guarantees

Any market rates, project prices or hourly figures shown on this site are illustrative typical figures describing what clients commonly pay for similar freelance work. They are not a promise of what you will personally earn. Outcomes depend on your effort, skill, the clients you find, and market conditions, and will vary from person to person.

3. Pricing and Payments

The Full Training Program is offered at the price stated on the course page at the time of your enquiry (currently €897, one time). Optional add-ons — the Client Outreach Message Pack and the Service Menu and Pricing Swipe File — are priced and described separately and are never bundled without your agreement. Submitting the enquiry form does not create an automatic purchase; a specialist will contact you before anything is confirmed.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, templates, checklists and swipe files provided as part of the Program remain the intellectual property of MEDIA LORD LIMITED and are licensed to you for your own personal and client-facing use. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the underlying materials as your own training product.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or misrepresent the Program's contents or affiliations to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEDIA LORD LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or participation in the Program, including loss of income or business opportunity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you access this site from Ireland or elsewhere, local consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement will continue to apply to you.
